Amanda Alba, CNM, WHNP-BC
is a midwife and nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience working in reproductive health care. She has "delivered" hundreds of new, sweet lives into this incredible world, and has attended hundreds more labors and births as a doula or birth assistant. She is currently a practicing midwife in coastal Massachusetts.
Through her work both in and out of hospitals, witnessing countless live births and losses, she has developed a deep devotion to, and admiration of, the courage and beauty inherent in every reproductive life, and is committed to offering her experience as an aid to help people recognize that in their own stories. She's also been through the process a few times herself, with her own bumpy journey along the way to becoming unapologetic.
